The system extracts dozens of signals from each conversation (sentiment, urgency, objections, competitor mentions, budget signals) and uses those signals to calculate real close probability, not the rep's estimate.
For WhatsApp and email, analysis is automatic (messages are already in the CRM). For calls, recording must be enabled. Meeting Copilot works with Zoom, Meet, and Teams.
