How to add, use, and remove Zoom
Zoom is a personal integration: each user connects and authorizes only their own Zoom account.
Before you connect
- Have access to an active Aivyro workspace and a Zoom user account.
- Native capture without a bot requires you to host the meeting, have a compatible Zoom license, and keep cloud recording enabled.
- Meetings that do not meet native capture requirements may use Aivyro’s separate bot capture flow where available.
Add the app
- Sign in to Aivyro and open Integrations > Connected Apps.
- Find Zoom, select Personal access, and click Set up Zoom.
- Review the permissions and click Continue to provider.
- Sign in to Zoom, approve the requested scopes, and wait to return to Aivyro.
- Confirm that the account appears as Connected on the Zoom page.
Use the integration
- Schedule or start the meeting in Zoom with the connected account.
- For native capture, host the meeting and enable cloud recording in Zoom.
- After the meeting ends and Zoom finishes processing the recording, Aivyro receives the completion event and imports the recording and meeting context.
- Eligible native capture does not add another participant to the room.
Remove the app
- In Aivyro, open Integrations > Connected Apps > Zoom.
- Click Disconnect Zoom and confirm. This stops new access and imports through the connection.
- To revoke access in Zoom as well, open Zoom App Marketplace > Manage > Added Apps, find Aivyro, and click Remove.
- Previously imported data remains subject to Aivyro’s retention policy. You can request access or deletion through the privacy channels below.
Permissions used
Aivyro reads the required account profile and settings, lists and reads meetings, and reads completed cloud recordings. Aivyro does not administer your company’s entire Zoom account.
