Your sales pipeline inside Slack — with AI that summarizes and alerts
Your team already lives in Slack. Now the CRM comes to them: deal notifications in channels, an AI bot that answers lead queries, automatic pipeline summaries, and smart alerts when a deal needs attention. Sales happen where the conversation already is.

How it works
Install the Aivyro App in Slack
One click from the Slack App Directory. Minimal permissions — only what is needed for notifications and responses. No access to private messages.
Configure channels and alerts
Choose which events trigger notifications (deal created, stage changed, deal stalled). Set channels by team, region, or pipeline. Customize what each channel receives.
Query and act directly in Slack
Mention @aivyro to look up leads, view pipeline summaries, or get AI suggestions. Quick actions let you update deals without opening the CRM.
What you get
Intelligent pipeline notifications
No notification spam. AI filters what matters: deals stalled for more than 3 days, large deals that changed stage, hot leads that need a response. Each alert reaches the right channel with enough context to act immediately.
AI-contextualized alerts
@aivyro bot for natural language queries
Ask "@aivyro how many open deals do I have above 50k?" or "@aivyro pipeline summary for this week" and get instant answers with CRM data. No dashboards, no switching tabs — the answer comes in Slack.
CRM via natural language
Automatic pipeline summaries
Every Monday, your sales channel receives a pipeline summary: deals created, moved, closed, and stalled. Comparison with the previous week. Revenue forecast updated by AI. Your team starts the week informed.
Weekly auto-summary
Why the CRM should come to Slack, not the other way around
Sales reps spend 68% of their day in communication tools, not in the CRM. Forcing the team to open the CRM for every update creates friction and stale data. By bringing the pipeline to Slack, updates happen where work already is — and CRM adoption skyrockets.

Frequently asked questions
No. The Aivyro App only responds when mentioned in channels where it has been added. No private messages, DMs, or channels without the bot are accessed. Minimal permissions by design.
Yes. Each channel can be configured to receive specific events — for example, #sales-enterprise gets only deals above 100k, while #sales-smb gets the entire SMB pipeline.
Yes. @aivyro detects the language of the question and responds in the same language. Supports Brazilian Portuguese and English natively.
Yes. Notifications include quick action buttons: move stage, add note, assign owner. For more complex actions, the bot includes a direct link to the deal in the CRM.
The bot works in internal channels of your workspace. Slack Connect channels are not supported for notifications for security reasons — CRM data should not be exposed to external workspaces.
